• Improve Freedom of speech and Information for all
• Freedom of Political Parties to express their views and to exercise their activities freely according to the law of the land without any threat
• Political Party must reflect national ethnic groups
• No Rebel group must defend its own agenda above National and Common Interest
• Nation comes First: No Political Leader, Spiritual Leader and Rebel Leader must have his own army.
• Equal opportunity for all
• Gender equity: Status of women in reconstruction of New Congo
